TNR Bill Passes in State Assembly

Thanks to Assemblyman John McDonald (D-Cohoes) for his leadership in getting A.2778, the TNR bill, passed in the NYS Assembly. Now, on to the Senate where Senator Kathy Marchione (R-Saratoga) is leading the charge.
