The SPCA of Westchester County is the Federation’s newest member. “We’re thrilled to have representation from Westchester and the lower-Hudson Valley,” said Libby Post, the Federation’s Executive Director. “We’ve called on them in the past for outreach and advocacy and they’ve always been there with a helping hand.”
